Tickets

Buy one or many tickets for yourself or your community

Ticket sales play a big part in covering the cost of the unconference and helping us to keep it accessible for the communities we want in the room.

We know organisations are navigating very different realities right now. Some are large foundations with dedicated budgets, where others are small grassroots groups or volunteer-led organisations with little to no spare resources. That’s why we’ve created a tiered ticket system. Revenue from our higher tier tickets helps us to keep the lower cost places available and support a more diverse and connected gathering. We want everyone to feel welcome and everyone's work to be celebrated.

We’d also like to thank the Walcot Foundation, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, and Henry Smith Foundation, who we wouldn’t have been able to organise The Wild Times Gathering without.

Thanks to funding a limited number of these tickets are currently available for £1!

If the cost of travel is a barrier to your attendance, please contact community@thesocialchangenest.org to talk about our small travel bursary. The team will be in contact to see how we can help.

We're also holding Landing Pad sessions every Thursday before Wild Times; a soft space to settle in and meet a few faces before the day itself if you'd like to. Once you're signed up, we'll be in touch with the details!

Accessibility

We are committed to making all our events as accessible as possible. Accessibility means much more than step-free venues. We know everyone participates differently, and we want people to feel able to show up fully.

When booking your ticket, please tell us about any access needs or adjustments that would support your participation. Our team will follow up directly to talk through what is available and how we can help. Personal Care Assistants can attend for free. Please note this in your accessibility requirements when booking and we will arrange a complimentary ticket.

If you have any technical difficulties purchasing tickets, please email Andy and we’ll help you sort it.
